PADI Divemaster Course – eLearning, Materials & Deposit

Ready to take the first step toward becoming a dive professional?

The PADI Divemaster course transforms experienced recreational divers into confident dive leaders. You’ll develop professional-level dive skills, expand your knowledge, learn to supervise diving activities, and gain practical experience assisting instructors and guiding certified divers.

This is the first professional-level certification in the PADI system and the foundation for continuing toward Assistant Instructor or Open Water Scuba Instructor.

This purchase includes your official PADI Divemaster eLearning, all required course materials, and PADI certification fees—everything you need to begin your professional training.

Complete the academic portion online at your own pace, then join us in Roatán for hands-on training, workshops, skill development, and practical experience in real dive operations.

You'll learn how to:

✔ Plan, organize, and supervise diving activities
✔ Give professional dive briefings and lead certified divers
✔ Assist instructors with student-diver training
✔ Demonstrate scuba skills at a professional level
✔ Improve your rescue skills and emergency awareness
✔ Map dive sites and complete deep-diving and search-and-recovery workshops
✔ Apply dive theory, risk management, and PADI standards
✔ Think and operate like a professional dive leader

Why complete your Divemaster training with Salty Boogers?

At Salty Boogers, Divemaster training is a personalized mentorship—not a high-volume internship or a rushed checklist.

Your primary mentor will be John Ratko, an experienced PADI Master Instructor with extensive experience teaching divers at different certification levels. John has also worked as a freelance instructor and dive professional with multiple dive shops around Roatán.

That experience provides a broader perspective than training entirely inside one large operation. You’ll learn how different dive businesses organize boats, manage customers, conduct courses, respond to changing conditions, and maintain professional standards.

You’ll work with the same instructor throughout your training. Your mentor will know your experience, strengths, weaknesses, and professional goals. You won’t be passed between whichever instructor happens to be available that day.

Because Salty Boogers specializes in private and small-group diving, your training can be adapted around the areas where you need the most development. You’ll have time to ask questions, repeat skills, discuss real situations, and understand why decisions are made—not simply memorize the correct answers.

We also understand that many Divemaster candidates are balancing work, travel, and other responsibilities. Training can be arranged around a flexible schedule and completed intensively or spread across several weeks.

The goal is to give you practical experience and honest mentorship so you finish the course prepared to function as a dive professional—not merely someone who has completed the paperwork.

This purchase also serves as your $500 deposit to reserve your course dates and is applied toward the $1,200 total course price. Availability is intentionally limited so every Divemaster candidate receives meaningful, hands-on attention.

Included:

✔ PADI Divemaster eLearning
✔ All required PADI course materials
✔ PADI certification fees
✔ Professional-level dive theory
✔ Waterskills and rescue assessments
✔ Skill-development workshops
✔ Practical experience assisting with courses and dive operations
✔ Direct mentorship from a PADI Master Instructor
✔ Insight gained from working with multiple Roatán dive operations
✔ Personalized attention and flexible scheduling
✔ Private or small-group professional training
✔ $500 credit toward the $1,200 total course price

The goal is not simply to earn another certification. It is to develop the judgment, confidence, knowledge, and practical ability expected from a working dive professional.

Small groups. Flexible schedules. Serious training. Good diving. No BS.
